In April this year Keystone was very pleased to have acquired and rented out two houses on the Abbey estate. The income from the houses now helps pay for the running and management costs of the Abbey Neighbourhood Centre in Exeter Way.
We have the same policy for St John’s Community Centre in Mildenhall, the income from letting out the two Keystone properties on the estate contribute significantly towards the cost of keeping the centre well maintained.
