Inspired by the Bury Rickshaw project, the Thetford Rickshaws Partnership (TRiP) now has it’s first rickshaw. It is for people with mobility issues, the elderly, and those who have difficulty getting out.
The new Thetford Rickshaw was launched on 19th July at Thetford Market Place and will be run by enABLE Thetford. The project is initially focused on addressing loneliness and isolation and will be inviting residents of local care homes to come along and take a ride before being offered to the general public.

Thetford rickshaw rides will be free, but donations are always welcome.
The rickshaw will be roaming around Thetford, if you have a route that you think will work let us know.
