It’s been a busy time at Abbey since the start of the 2026, the Kitchen Café has got busier and busier as the year has moved on, and Toni has discovered a new world – BAKING – now there is always a chance of something with double chocolate sitting on the Abbey Kitchen counter. If sweet is not your thing Toni’s pies are gorgeous!

The Family Forum meets regularly at the neighbourhood centre, it’s a place to come and relax and chat, meet new, and old friends, the group organise and raise money for events and activities around the estate. Children are always welcome at Family Forum meetings with child size and grown-up portions of Toni’s lovely, subsidised food available for a small donation. There are meaty and meat free meals available. Family Forum meets on Wednesdays between 4 and 6pm.
Other regular activities at Abbey include HIIT Circuits on Mondays and Fridays, Keep Fit on Fridays. Craft Club on Tuesday morning, and later in the day Urban street Dance. Bingo and Seniors meals on Thursdays.
