Beetle Spotting at St John’s

Enjoy a cuppa and some cake whilst learning how to identify and survey the beautiful Wormwood Moonshiner (Amara fusca), a true Breckland rarity.

Join Buglife Species Recover Officer Caroline Kelly for a project update, followed by a session led by expert Brian Eversham. This early evening session begins indoors, focusing on how to identify the beetle, understanding its life history and confusion species.

You’ll then grab your torches and visit a local wildlife site where your new found ID skills can be applied.

Places are limited! To book yours, please email Caroline.Kelly@buglife.org.uk.
