For the past three years Ricky Aylott has done an amazing job of steering Keystone through several major changes. Ricky is now stepping back from his role as Chief Operating Officer to focus on managing Keystone projects. Martyn Bromley has resigned his position on the Keystone board of Trustees and will take up the job of Chief Executive Officer at Keystone.
During his time as COO Ricky worked closely with Alison Jueno, and Alison will now be stepping into the role of COO, Alison brings a thorough knowledge of Keystone’s aims to the job.
These changes reflect the work that has been going on behind the scenes at Keystone over the last few years between Trustees and management. The charity is set well to achieve new targets and goals going forward.
