We offer free and confidential counselling provided by trainees in their final year of training. We are dedicated to fostering mental well-being in the community and creating an inclusive, safe, environment for all.
At Keystone Counselling Service, we offer up to 12 weeks of free counselling with experienced counsellors in training, providing support to members of the community who may otherwise struggle to access help.
Self Referral
To self refer all you have to do is email: keystonecounsellingservice@gmail.com. Provide a mobile number & you will be contacted when as soon as a space becomes available. At present waiting times can be a few weeks but you will be contacted as soon as possible.

This may be from local organisations, GP’s, or other authorities.
About our Counsellors
All our counsellors are DBS CHECKED, registered members of a counselling association and hold a Fit To Practice. Our counsellors are supervised by registered BACP, UKCP, or NCPS supervisors, ensuring appropriate professional oversight
How our Service Works
Our service is led by Button Wilde who works with East Suffolk University and other educational establishments to provide opportunities for Counsellors in their final months of training to complete the requirements to practice. Counsellors who have qualified continue to work for the service for some time on a voluntary basis.
